Product Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return and Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period has expired, we may not be able to process your request for a return or exchange.

2. Conditions for Return and Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In its original packaging, if applicable.
  • Not damaged or used (damaged or used items will not be accepted for return or exchange).

3. Return or Exchange Procedure

If you find the product damaged or receive the wrong item, please follow these steps:

  • Arrange Shipment: Once we receive your request, our staff will arrange for courier service to collect the product to be returned or exchanged.
  • Return/Exchange Process: Once the product is received by us, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7–14 business days.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and reflected in your bank statement. If payment was made using a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
  • Cash on Delivery Payments: If payment was made via cash on delivery, the refund will be provided in the form of a Nusuki voucher, which can be used for your next purchase.

5. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping for returns of products that do not meet your satisfaction. However, please note that shipping fees will apply for all return or exchange requests.
