• 🚚 FREE Shipping for all orders above RM150.
• For orders below RM150, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout.

3. Processing & Delivery Time

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day.
• Delivery Time:
  • West Malaysia: 1-3 business days
  • East Malaysia: 3-5 business days
  • Remote areas may take slightly longer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your package in real-time.

5. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted couriers (J&T, PosLaju, DHL, etc.) to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.
